The app has a full manual: tap Help at the top of the main screen. For anything else, email [email protected] — we usually reply within two business days.

Common questions

Reminders aren't arriving. Open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → MemoMeds and turn on Allow Notifications. Open MemoMeds at least once a week so it can schedule the next two weeks of reminders.
Moving to a new phone. On the old phone: Import/Export → Full backup → save it to Files or AirDrop it. On the new phone: Import/Export → Restore from backup.
Where is my data? Only on your phone. See the privacy policy.
